Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide therapy services in a school setting. This is a full-time, contract position that involves working with elementary and middle school students across two schools. The SLPA will focus solely on delivering therapy services, ensuring students receive the support they need for communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Assist in implementing treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
- Support student progress through individualized and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Attend team meetings (hours paid within the contracted timeframe).
Position Details:
- Therapy services only, no case management required.
- Paid administrative time for team meetings or any hours worked within the contracted timeframe.
